2wtrackapk Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

By accessing, registering on or using the 2wtrackapk platform — including the website at 2wtrackapk.app, the Android mobile application and any associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the user", "the player", "you") and 2wtrackapk ("the platform", "we", "us"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use the platform in any capacity.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products available on the platform, including cricket and sports betting, Bingo, live casino and Esports markets. They apply to all transactions processed through the platform, including deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims and VIP programme participation.

Use of the 2wtrackapk platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The platform is strictly for adults only. Minors are prohibited from registering or using any product on the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform on your own behalf and for your own personal entertainment. Use of the platform on behalf of another person is not permitted .
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close associate of 2wtrackapk or any of its technology or payment partners.
• You must be using a genuine payment method that belongs to you personally. Use of third-party payment accounts, cards or wallets to deposit or withdraw is not permitted.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on the 2wtrackapk platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods or device identifiers — is a breach of these terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number and a working email address. This information is used for account identification, payment processing and responsible gaming purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 2wtrackapk will never ask for your password by email, phone or live chat. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify us immediately via the support channels available in the platform.

• Accounts must be registered using your own genuine details — not fictitious, borrowed or shared information.
• Your registered mobile number must be one that you actively control, as it is used for account security and payment verification.
• Account details can be updated by contacting support with appropriate verification. Name changes require supporting documentation.

All financial transactions on the 2wtrackapk platform are denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The platform does not accept or process transactions in any other currency. There is no currency conversion applied to your account balance.

Supported deposit methods include: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and supported mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of deposit.

Regarding withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC identity verification being on file for your account.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible.
• Same-day processing applies to verified accounts in the vast majority of cases. Processing times may occasionally extend to the next business day for bank transfer withdrawals depending on banking system availability.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements attached to the relevant bonus before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
• The platform reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawal amounts as part of standard fraud prevention procedures.

2wtrackapk does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, JazzCash, Easypaisa or other payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently of the platform — these are outside our control and are your responsibility to check with your payment provider.

The following rules apply across all betting and gaming products available on the 2wtrackapk platform, including the cricket and sports sportsbook, Bingo rooms, live casino and Esports markets.

Sports Betting (Cricket, PSL, T20, Football, Esports):

• All bets are final once confirmed in the betting slip. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after placement unless the cash-out feature is available and activated by the player before the relevant market closes.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability at the time of placement. The platform may suspend in-play markets at any time during a live event without prior notice.
• Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is placed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• In the event of a clearly erroneous odds publication — for example, an odds error that gives an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or human error — the platform reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• Match postponements, abandonments and walkovers are settled in accordance with the specific sport's rules as stated in the sportsbook help section.

Bingo:

• Bingo tickets are purchased in PKR and are non-refundable once a session has started.
• Jackpot conditions for Gold Room sessions are displayed clearly before ticket purchase.
• Session results are determined by the platform's certified random number generator and are final.

Live Casino:

• All live casino game results are determined in real time by the physical actions of the live dealer and are final once the round has concluded.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round, the platform will attempt to reconnect you to the active game. If reconnection is not possible before the round ends, the result as determined at the dealer's table will stand.

2wtrackapk offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, Bingo ticket credits and seasonal promotions tied to major cricket events such as PSL and international T20 tournaments.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details at the time of the offer.
• Validity period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that have not been completed before the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.
• Product restrictions: Some bonuses may only be usable on specific products. For example, a cricket free bet credit cannot necessarily be used in Bingo or live casino unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• One bonus per offer: Each promotional offer is available to one account per player, per household and per device. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times via multiple accounts is treated as bonus abuse.
• Minimum deposit: Most deposit bonuses require a minimum qualifying deposit. This amount is stated in the promotion details.

The 2wtrackapk VIP Programme is available to all registered players and operates on four tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. VIP status is determined by platform activity across all products and is reviewed on a rolling basis.

• VIP tier assignment and maintenance criteria — including the activity thresholds required to achieve and retain each tier — are communicated within the VIP section of the platform.
• VIP rewards, including weekly cashback on net losses, monthly bonus credits, priority withdrawal processing and elevated transaction limits, are denominated in PKR.
• Cashback is calculated on net losses over the specified assessment period and credited to your account balance on the day specified in the VIP programme schedule.
• Priority withdrawal processing for Gold tier and above is best-efforts and subject to payment system availability. It does not constitute a guaranteed processing time.
• 2wtrackapk reserves the right to modify VIP tier criteria, reward structures and benefit terms with reasonable notice provided to affected players.
• VIP status may be downgraded if account activity falls below the threshold required to maintain the current tier in any given assessment period.

VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred, gifted or monetised outside of the platform. Cashback and bonus credits earned through the VIP programme are subject to the same standard wagering conditions as other bonus types unless the VIP programme terms for a specific tier explicitly state otherwise.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 2wtrackapk platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity or details.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Making fraudulent deposit claims, initiating unjustified chargebacks with your payment provider, or attempting to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent means.
• Third-party payment use: Using a payment method — including JazzCash accounts, Easypaisa wallets, bank accounts or cards — that belongs to another person to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any betting market, Bingo session, live casino game or Esports market.
• Exploiting technical errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, incorrect odds, system errors or technical malfunctions to gain an advantage. Any gains from known technical errors are not considered legitimate winnings.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any form of automated software to place bets or play games on the platform without human interaction.
• Abusing responsible gaming tools: Opening new accounts to circumvent a self-exclusion period applied to an existing account.

2wtrackapk reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and without prior notice if there is reasonable suspicion of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, identity irregularity or if required for responsible gaming reasons.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation:

• The account holder will be notified via the registered contact details where possible.
• Withdrawals will be placed on hold during the investigation period.
• If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any pending withdrawals processed without further delay.
• If a breach is confirmed, the account may be permanently closed and funds dealt with in accordance with the relevant policy for the specific breach type.

Players may also voluntarily close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closing an account voluntarily, players are encouraged to consider whether a cool-off period or self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools would better serve their needs. Real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after standard verification checks.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR limits on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when set and require a cooling-off period before they can be increased.
• Session reminders: Set a reminder to appear after a specified duration of continuous platform use, prompting you to take a break.
• Cool-off periods: Take a short break from the platform for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days or 30 days) without permanently closing your account.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period chosen.

2wtrackapk reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where internal monitoring systems indicate patterns of play that may suggest problem gambling behaviour. These restrictions may be applied without prior consent in cases where player welfare concerns are significant. This platform is for adults aged 18 and above only.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, 2wtrackapk's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited as follows:

• The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. 2wtrackapk does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from technical errors, or that it will be compatible with all devices and network configurations.
• 2wtrackapk is not liable for losses arising from platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical issues, third-party payment system outages or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• In cases where a technical error results in an incorrect odds display, payout calculation error or system malfunction, 2wtrackapk's liability is limited to returning the player's original stake. Winnings calculated on the basis of an erroneous system output are not guaranteed.
• Players are responsible for ensuring that their own device, internet connection and account security are adequate. 2wtrackapk is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain account security.

Nothing in these terms limits 2wtrackapk's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

2wtrackapk reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect platform updates, new product introductions, payment method changes, responsible gaming policy updates or legal requirements.

When material changes are made to these terms:

• Registered players will be notified via the email address or mobile number held on their account.
• A notice will be displayed on the platform for a reasonable period following the update.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect when the most recent changes took effect.

Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept a change to these terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9 above.
